Research Associate, Laboratory Sciences

About the Role

As a Research Associate in the Lab Sciences department, you will work independently in day‑to‑day laboratory operations, collect and review data, and support ligand binding, flow cytometry, molecular biology, and LCMS/MS activities as needed.

• Perform laboratory maintenance (cleaning, ordering supplies, equipment preventive maintenance, etc.)
• Collect and organize laboratory data according to oversight documents (e.g., Protocol, Analytical Study Plan, SOPs)
• Create and revise SOPs and SOP forms
• Work independently on study‑related tasks
• Perform quality control review of laboratory and study records
• Assist with method development activities

• Associate's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent education and laboratory experience;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience; GLP or regulatory experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
