Field Sales Representative

We are recruiting for a field sales position with a global supplier of research biochemicals and reagents. The company serves academic research institutions, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical organizations across the United States.

This is a fully field-based role. You will be responsible for managing and growing a territory in the Seattle Area, calling on researchers and purchasing contacts at universities, biotech firms, and pharma research divisions. Expect 3 to 4 days per week in the field with a high call cadence of approximately 80 customer contacts per month. Products include antibodies, inhibitors, reagents, and other molecular biology research tools used by scientists in drug discovery and basic research.

• Manage and grow a territory in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Call on researchers and purchasing contacts at universities, biotech firms, and pharma research divisions.
• Maintain a high call cadence of approximately 80 customer contacts per month.
• Promote and sell products including antibodies, inhibitors, reagents, and other molecular biology research tools.

• A bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related life science discipline.

• At least 3 years of field or territory sales experience in life sciences, reagents, biochemicals, or a closely related space.
• Existing knowledge of the Bay Area research community is a strong advantage.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience in selling to academic and pharmaceutical research institutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
