Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Senior Scientist, Single-Cell Genomics, to lead design, execution, optimization, and interpretation of single-cell and multi-omics workflows.
On-site in Seattle, this role will drive hands-on experiments from tissue dissociation to library construction. The successful candidate will have a PhD with 2+ years (or equivalent) in genomics, strong experience with 10x Genomics, NGS library prep, and collaborative skills with bioinformatics.
