This nationally recognized life care community is seeking a committed and talented General Manager of Food and Beverage candidate to fill this rare opportunity. This is your chance to start a career with the preeminent provider of full-service, retirement community living in the Puget Sound region. With multiple food and beverage outlets, this position is responsible for all aspects of the resident’s food, dining and catering experiences.

With extensive menus and a la carte offerings at three locations, residents enjoy a variety of dining options daily, from 11 am to 8 pm.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

• 2-3 years full service restaurant management experience
• Ability to teach and lead a dynamic team of industry professionals
• A true passion for people and developing relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy

Salary Range & Benefits

• Starting salary range is $50k to $60k based on previous experience
