Job Description
Local company with outstanding reputation is looking for talented Restaurant Kitchen Manager / Chef to help lead their busy, full service restaurant with a strong focus on northwest craft beer and spirits, and using quality local ingredients to create scratch recipes employing authentic cooking techniques yielding approachable food that pairs well with the libations on offer.
Help “own” a dynamic team of engaged team members in overall operations of this casual dining kitchen. If you are looking for a creative, outstanding and fun environment that is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to drive the business to new heights….this is the spot for you!
Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:
- 1-2 years BOH leadership experience
- 5 years hands-on kitchen cooking experience
- Strong kitchen organizational skills / ability to set and uphold standards
- Ability to create innovative local fare, yet also follow established specs when needed
- Passion for developing and mentoring a team
- Track record of achieving financial results
Salary Range & Benefits
- Salary – $40k – $45k (starting, based on experience level )
- Individualized Performance Bonus Program
- Report directly to the ownership…no middle management!
