• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu, promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input them into the point‑of‑sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Maintain a well‑stocked serving station at all times

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a full‑service restaurant as a server
• Ability to work weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility and interest in cross‑training with the F&B Department
• Shift pattern: AM shifts starting around 5:30 am
• Pay rate:
  Starting probationary rate $17, after 90 days $18.93/hr + applicable gratuities
