Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in kitchens, back dock, dumpster and utility areas;
Operate the dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of china, glass, and silver;
Perform heavy-duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, walk-in refrigerators and freezers;
Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following proper procedure for cleanliness and sanitation;
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the restaurant buffet and banquet service
