A maritime catering firm based in Seattle is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook a variety of meals for vessel crews of over 130 individuals. The role requires maintaining a clean kitchen environment while following strict sanitation procedures. Duties include meal preparation, dishwashing, and inventory management. Applicants should possess a current Alaska Food Worker certificate and have a background in food preparation preferred.
This is a seasonal position with shifts of 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
