Compass Group - Up to $22.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.;
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans and trays.;
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.;
Removes trash and cleans kitchen floors; sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation.;
Maintains compliance with outlined safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
