Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to maintain sanitation;
Scrape, rinse, and wash items using hand wash or dishwasher;
Polish silverware using burnishing equipment as required;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment;
Assist with loading/unloading supplies and transferring between storage and work areas
