Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen at 1 Hotel Seattle. You will assist in all aspects of food prep, supervise line staff, manage inventory, and provide on-the-spot solutions while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, a post-secondary diploma is a plus, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
