Assistant Manager – Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant

Full‑time, year‑round position located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, serving our loyal customer base.

• Work directly with the General Manager to uphold all safety, standards, and service procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and dismiss team members as needed.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to staff.
• Motivate the team and foster a positive work environment.
• Schedule staff on a weekly basis and maintain staffing levels for daily operations.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Assist with daily front‑of‑house operations and support team members across FOH departments.
• Maintain and update social media business accounts.
• Acquire mastery of all FOH departments through hands‑on training to support team members as needed.

• Preferred: 3 years management experience in a full‑service restaurant.
• Minimum: 3 years experience serving and/or bartending in a full‑service restaurant.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of scheduling.
• Experience with social media business accounts.
• Serv Safe certified or able to obtain certification upon hire.

• Day shift and night shift.
• Monday to Friday; weekend availability required.
• In‑person work location.

• Pay: $37,000 – $43,000 per year.
