Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our SoDo location. In this role, you will oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff, manage game-day rushes, uphold strict food safety standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining and taproom experience.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Team Leadership- Daily Management: Direct shift operations, opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and guest service standard enforcement.
- Game Day & Peak Hours Preparation: Plan staffing schedules, prep lists, and inventory strategies to handle large stadium crowds before and after local sports events and concerts.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistency and high standards across all menu items, including our 24-hour broths, banh mi, and signature wings.
- Self-Pour Tap System Oversight: Monitor tap wall operations, troubleshoot pouring systems, manage keg inventory, and uphold local liquor law compliance.
- Health & Safety: Enforce local health department regulations, food safety protocols, proper sanitation, and allergen awareness procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customer feedback promptly, resolve issues on the floor, and build strong relationships with local guests and stadium visitors.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage stock levels for fresh ingredients, dry goods, beverages, and takeout packaging to minimize waste while ensuring peak-hour readiness.
- Financial Oversight: Manage POS systems, end-of-shift reporting, labor cost targets, and cash handling procedures.
- Experience: 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in high-volume fast-casual, sports bar, or full-service restaurant environments.
- Game Day Ready: Ability to excel in high-stress, rapid-turnover environments during sports seasons (Mariners, Seahawks, Sounders, etc.).
- Certifications: Valid Washington State Food Worker Card and MAST Permit required.
- Skills: Strong communication, team motivation, conflict resolution, and basic computer/POS software proficiency.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and game/event days.
