gategroup is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in supervising daily meal production for airline accounts in a high-volume catering unit in the USA. You will lead Chefs, Cooks and production staff to ensure quality and compliance.
Must have 7–10 years of progressive culinary leadership, HACCP and Serv Safe familiarity, strong coaching skills, and the ability to train staff in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.
