Bev Mo! by Gopuff is seeking an Overnight Key Holder - Starbucks Standards Leader for our Ballard location. This is primarily an overnight retail key-holder role, with the added responsibility of working in and helping maintain standards within the store's Starbucks operation. The position supports safe, secure and efficient overnight operations and steps into the Starbucks workstream to prepare orders, protect product quality, reinforce routines and coach to established standards.

This role is not a full Starbucks supervisor position. It does not independently own staffing, scheduling, formal performance management or full shift deployment. The team member serves as a trusted on-shift standards resource, escalates concerns to the appropriate leader and helps keep both Bev Mo! and Starbucks operations ready for the next day.
