Skyline - Dining Service Supervisor

We have an amazing opportunity for a Skyline Dining Service Supervisor to join our team.

Pay range $28–$33 DOE. Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. Part‑time employees receive other unique perks.

• Ensure that the bistro, kitchen, and all dining rooms are properly staffed.
• Problem‑solve and fill in when short‑staffed.
• Stock all dining areas with required items before service.
• Greet residents and guests warmly, escort them to tables, and introduce the menu.
• Provide expert knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and wine pairings.
• Accurately take and process orders with clarity and attention to detail.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook.
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of Transforming Age and demonstrate commitment to the culture of excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Serve Safe course.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and general culinary skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food service standards.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and service‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math skills and moderate English language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Completion of a background check and drug screen.
• Physical screening may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting as required by state/local guidelines.

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach overhead, push, pull, and grasp, and talk.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
