AtCortina Cafe, we are seeking a Barista who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who brings a friendly, warm, and energetic presence while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and hospitality.
What’s the Job?We are looking for a friendly, quick-thinking team player to help keep the shop running smoothly. You will be part of a close knit crew bringing the energy, from food prep and service to keeping the atmosphere welcoming and fun. Full time and part time positions available. Cortina Cafe is open from 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. The shifts for this position are Monday
- Thursday 7:30am - 1pm.
- Keep things moving efficiently at the front of house
- Jump in on service, coffee, prep, or clean-up whenever needed
- Keep the space clean, organized, and full of positive energy

- Barista experience is a plus but will train a great fit

- Compensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
OHH does not believe a heavy reliance on traditional gratuities is an equitable or modern way to compensate employees. Accordingly, OHH pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, OHH adds a 20% service charge to all checks.
Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
