This role supports all digital merchandising activities across the site and email.

The role will also support the team and greater organization with reporting and learned  THE ISLAND GUIDE
* Assist in product set-up functions and process
* Add products to categories with the direction of the Digital Merchants Team
* Update product faceout colors based on sales opportunity or marketing
* Assist with execution of price changes and sale
* Track late products and communicate to broader team
* Assist with weekly and monthly business reporting
* Support sample requests for merchant team
* QA site links and product listing pages
* Audit PDP copy
* Organize seasonal imagery for merchant divisions
* Support product attribution
* Support email merchandising
* Develop an understanding of digital merchandising best practices and process
* Partner with the Digital Merchants on other ad hoc projects

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
* Retail or eCommerce business experience 1 year minimum, or strong interest in digital merchandising and affinity for Tommy Bahama guest
* Digital-savvy, has passion for digital shopping, digital experience
* Learns new computer programs or skills quickly
* Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Applications such as Outlook, Teams, One Drive, etc. a plus.
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive, flexible and works well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
* Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
* Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
*** Rate Range: $25.06 to $37.57 Hourly
