Buckle - - - Responsibilities:
Lead sales, merchandising and operational tasks including cashiering and store upkeep.;
Recruit, train, and develop Teammates and lead in absence of Store Manager.;
Provide legendary guest service, achieve sales goals, and use Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily.;
Manage visual merchandising and zone ownership, maintain visual standards and lifecycle of product.;
Oversee store operations including scheduling, POS procedures, Loss Prevention adherence, and policy compliance.
