Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues;
Greet customers with a warm and friendly approach and assist with locating items as needed;
Accurately perform cashier duties and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies;
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks;
Support opening and closing store activities, and assist pharmacy personnel when needed
