WHO YOU ARE!- Responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a world-class shopping experience for guests.
- Manage merchandise, inventory, operational and administrative excellence, and provide training, coaching, and professional development for the ECCO store team.
- Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures, set goals, and motivate employees to maximize their potential.
- Identify exceptional candidates for current and future staffing needs, creating bench strength and developing employees for promotion.
- Possess strong communication skills, prioritize work, demonstrate superior organization and follow-up skills, and act as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude, contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability, and serve as a role model by exemplifying effective selling skills and techniques.
- $34.57 to $40.33 hourly;
Competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience. - Quarterly performance bonus based on store results and position.
