Third Keyholder

Overview

Stand with ECCO! ECCO, one of the world’s premier footwear companies, is now hiring for a Third Keyholder. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team.

As an ECCO Third Keyholder, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals through ensuring a world-class shopping experience for our guests. Essential responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory, maintaining operational and administrative excellence, and providing training, coaching and professional development for the ECCO store team.

• Assist in managing the retail store’s merchandise and inventory to support store goals.
• Drive and exceed store financial goals while delivering a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain operational and administrative excellence across the store.
• Provide training, coaching and professional development for the store team.
• Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures; assign goals and motivate employees.
• Communicate information effectively to fellow management and employees.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize work.
• Superior organization and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability.
• Ability to model effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.

Compensation: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour;
Competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience.

Bonus:
Quarterly performance bonus, based on store results and position.
