Florist

Our floral boutique in Washington is seeking a talented Florist Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements.

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and create custom floral designs that meet their needs.
• Source high-quality flowers and materials from suppliers while staying within budget.
• Arrange flowers in a creative and aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio.
• Keep up‑to‑date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work.
• Handle customer inquiries and orders with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure a well‑stocked selection of flowers at all times.
• Assist with deliveries as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
• Ability to create various types of arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
• Creative eye for design with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with clients.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week.

Our boutique is located in Washington City. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but prefer Egyptians or foreign nationals already residing in Washington.

English language proficiency is not a strict requirement for this job, but basic communication skills are preferred.
