• Decorate a cake in 15-20 minutes from start to finish.
• Fill production cases and/or stock the floor or display tables with baked goods.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service and teamwork with positive communication, and assist other team members as needed.
• Ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling/preparation.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle stressful situations.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail cake decorating.
• Willing to cross‑train in bakery and deli tasks as needed.
• Effective and friendly communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift.
• Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Team player.
