Field Marketing Sampling Specialist

Healeo has since partnered with Charlie's Produce to produce cold pressed juices for wholesale distribution. Our juice is organic and high pressure processed, with no sugars, waters, or other additives.

With a team of dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce.

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Field Marketing Sampling Specialist to represent our brand through in-person product sampling and engagement during the summer season. This is a part-time, seasonal role (20-30 hours per week), with hours varying based on scheduled demos and events.

In this role, you will connect directly with consumers, create memorable brand experiences, and drive awareness and trial of our products in retail locations, events, and community spaces.

Compensation

• $21.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Execute product sampling demos at retail locations, events, and pop-ups
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
• Educate consumers on product features, benefits, and brand story
• Distribute samples and promotional materials effectively
• Set up and break down sampling stations, maintaining a clean and appealing display
• Track and report demo activity, customer feedback, and inventory usage
• Follow all health, safety, and compliance guidelines

Schedule & Commitment

• Part-time: 20-30 hours per week
• Seasonal:
  Summer position (approx. Present-August)
• Schedule varies based on demos and events
• Availability required for weekends and some evenings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality with confidence approaching new people
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
