Our company in Washington is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortment
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make suggestions for replenishment or markdowns
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products in an appealing way
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Indian national with fluent English proficiency
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have valid work visa for Washington or be eligible for visa sponsorship
Salary $1100 per month full-time position without accommodation.
