Store Shift Lead
- Seattle area stores (location: Pike Place, Madison Valley, Eastlake)
$23-25/hour

Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a prompt, friendly manner. We are a customer-first store!
- Writing and receiving orders; stocking shelves and making things look great.
- Assisting with periodic inventory checks.
- Maximizing sales by following proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
- Performing opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
- Our stores are open 8am-8pm daily. You must be available to work nights and weekends.

Kitchen & Market, a woman-founded start-up, is a Seattle-based grocery chain that is chef-driven and primarily focused on bringing fresh products and meal kits to market. Kitchen & Market's goal is to provide customers with a curated grocery experience focused on fueling their inspirations within a beautiful retail space. Kitchen & Market opened its first store in 2021 at the iconic Pike Place Market. In 2022, we opened a store on Mercer Island and, in 2023, its third location opened in Medina. The Mercer Island location has closed due to major fire damage that occurred in December 2023. In 2024, K&M opened 3 new locations:
Madison Valley, Yarrow Bay, and Eastlake.
