Our commitment is to sustainability and exploration. We are looking for a Sales Associate to represent the brand in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities- Engage customers with personalized, genuine interactions.
- Build sales through a consumer‑centric mindset and model selling behaviors.
- Share product, brand, and community knowledge to elevate the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
- Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 0–1 year relevant experience acceptable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and serve a diverse group of customers.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills with basic retail systems.
- Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, lift light to moderate weight, and climb ladders.
$22.30 – $24.75 per hour
