• Engage customers with personalized, genuine interactions.
• Build sales through a consumer‑centric mindset and model selling behaviors.
• Share product, brand, and community knowledge to elevate the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintain brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 0–1 year relevant experience acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and serve a diverse group of customers.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with basic retail systems.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, lift light to moderate weight, and climb ladders.

$22.30 – $24.75 per hour
