Job Summary

The Sales & Administration position is responsible for performing administration duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting in the sales of tires and wheels to customers, providing excellent customer service, and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assisting in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Assisting in the administration of Les Schwab credit program.
• Assisting with store inventory and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Promoting store sales and asking questions to identify customer wants and needs.
• Referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, continuous standing and walking.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

$16.50 - $28.00 for full time positions after eligibility criteria are met. Benefits include:
