Retirement Specialist​/Customer Service Specialist

Full‑time Customer Service Specialist. Pay starting at $23.00/hour. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

• Work closely with wholesale and retail customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure product quality and visual standards for the store.
• Handle customer interactions, including contact with minors, and manage payment and electronic equipment.
• Protect business operations and reputation by collecting required personal and payment information.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organization skills.
