• Assist at other locations as needed.
• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high‑margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in‑store sales representative.
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small ‘B’ customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• More than one year of Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Counter Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol driving‑related convictions within the last ten years.

Pay range: $24.18 – $35.46 hourly (1st shift).
