Job Overview

We are seeking seasonal Team Members for our Einstein Bros. Bagels store at 2201 Westlake Ave Ste 101 in Seattle, Washington. The role involves preparing bagels, serving guests, maintaining a clean and safe store, and providing friendly customer service. Seasonal positions are during the summer season.

• Welcome guests and create a positive experience
• Prepare and serve bagels, coffee, and other beverages
• Ensure food quality and store cleanliness
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

• Minimum age 16 years or older
• Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move as described

• Hourly rate $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (subject to local and state minimum wage regulations)

• Flexible schedule—great for students; no work past 3PM; no evenings or nights
• Potential to transition to a permanent role
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
