Job Summary

We offer a retail career at Comcast Xfinity with a base hourly compensation of $21.30 plus targeted commissions for a total potential of $28.99 per hour. The role involves engaging customers, creating a positive shopping experience, and helping to meet sales targets.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all interactions are positive.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying account statements and process bill payments in the store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures for a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with a full‑time, flexible, variable work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand/move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $21.30 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay + Targeted Commission): $28.99 per hour.
