Mayuri is seeking experienced and motivated Store Managers and Department Managers to join our growing team. We are looking for leaders who are passionate about customer service, team development, operational excellence, and driving business results.

Depending on experience and business needs, candidates may be considered for Store Management or Department Management opportunities across various locations and departments.

• Lead and supervise store or department team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards
• Train, coach, and develop employees
• Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and product presentation
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

• Previous retail, grocery, food service, or management experience required
