Key Holder Position at Vixen Collection in Seattle, WA

We are looking for an enthusiastic, initiative taking, customer-focused Key Holder to be apart of our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while helping them find the perfect items to suit their style. You will assist with day-to-day operations, including sales, merchandising and maintaining a welcoming and fun shopping environment.

• Greet and assist customers, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep track of inventory, assist with stock replenishment, and manage product displays.
• Build strong customer relationships and foster a loyal customer base.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store environment.

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a boutique or fashion environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 25 per week
