E-Commerce Manager

$21.92 per hour

• Survey donations to identify specialty and collectible items for listing on eBay and other marketplaces.
• Receive and sort items from Evergreen Goodwill locations.
• Research, photograph, and list auctions on eBay and other marketplaces with detailed descriptions to maximize value.
• Provide timely customer service and communication with internal and external customers.
• Maintain an eBay rating of at least 98%.
• Meet required daily productivity quotas.
• Perform data entry and tracking of items sold and shipped.
• Maintain a daily tracking of listed items.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and report potential hazards or accidents.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalency preferred; not required.
• Knowledge of e-commerce book processes preferred.
• Experience listing items on eBay preferred.
• Familiarity with digital photography preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.

Physical:
Must lift and carry up to 30‑40 pounds, stand for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing, climbing ladders, and travel across varied surfaces. Demonstrated fine motor control, good verbal and written communication, and reliable attendance are required.

Mental:
Problem solving, public communication, verbal and written communication, time management and prioritization, accuracy and attention to detail.

Office and warehouse environment with moderate noise level and dust exposure. Flexible schedule and occasional travel to other locations may be required.
