Pay rate: $21.30/hr
Job Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
- Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross‑selling.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
- Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment while being attentive to customers.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling.
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products.
- Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Salary Ranges (per annum): $37,445.00 - $64,058.00
