As a full‑time Service Lead, you are a keyholder and member of the leadership team. Our management team leaders are passionate, adaptable go‑getters who care deeply about their team and community, ensuring that every guest who enters our store has a positive and inspiring experience.
Responsibilities- Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring the store’s key performance indicator (KPI) targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store targets
- Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge
- Maximize the overall performance of the team through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
- Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A passion for meticulous quality and strong organization
- A bias toward action: able to lift and mobilize medium‑to‑large items up to 75 lbs. using appropriate safety techniques
- The desire to be coached and mentored
- An eye for detail
- The desire to problem‑solve and find solutions
- The ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks each day
- A positive attitude and fun‑loving spirit
- Flexible availability: willing to work during the busiest times and flex availability to meet business needs
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
22.65 – 22.65 USD per hour (Southcenter Mall)
