About the Role
As a Department Manager, you’ll lead and support your whole team, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll oversee store operations, visual experience, customer service and profitability.
Responsibilities- Deliver the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual & commercial curation per global guidelines.
- Represent the brand positively during customer interactions.
- Analyze store performance, set sales & budget goals, and create plans to optimize results.
- Encourage team to promote products and the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage department cost‑efficiency and oversee fitting room and checkout procedures (transactions, returns, exchanges).
- Handle administrative routines for people and operations.
- Keep up‑to‑date on fashion trends, provide product knowledge to customers.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, evaluate and retain staff; schedule, plan, and motivate the team.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements are followed.
- Maintain clean sales floor and back‑of‑house, ensure high‑quality visual presentation and garment care.
- Ensure proper stock levels, proper allocation, and correct price signage.
- Operate in‑store omni‑services and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
- Open and close store daily.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ambitious, effective communicator, supportive, analytical problem‑solver.
- Experience with numbers, statistics and performance management.
- Achievement‑oriented, motivated by competition.
- Experience in retail operations and visual merchandising preferred.
- Hourly base salary: $29.82 – $31.59.
