Stock Associate

What You’ll Do

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customers in store and handle online pick‑up purchases as needed.
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”

• A can‑do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time‑management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Hourly pay range $22.00‑$22.50.
• All associates receive paid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked) and up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave.
• Full‑time associates receive 5 days of paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, 3 paid floating holidays, up to 2 additional days of paid bereavement leave, and up to 5 days of paid jury duty leave.
