The E-Commerce Auction Lister identifies collectible items and lists them on eBay and other marketplaces. This role also handles data entry, packing, shipping, and tracking of sales.
Pay Rate: $21.92 per hour
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Survey donations to identify specialty and collectible items for e-commerce listing.
- Receive and sort items from Evergreen Goodwill locations.
- Research, photograph, and list auctions on eBay and other marketplaces with pictures and descriptions to maximize value.
- Provide customer service and communicate with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain an eBay rating of at least 98%.
- Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Meet required daily productivity quotas.
- Enter and track items sold and shipped.
- Maintain daily tracking of listed items.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Demonstrate safe work practices and report any potential hazards or accidents.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalency preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of e-commerce book processes preferred.
- Experience listing items on eBay preferred; familiarity with digital photography preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Internet research skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and software related to the job.
Lifting and carrying up to 30-40 pounds, fine motor control, standing for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing, climbing ladders, and traveling across varied surfaces. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, including to those with limited English skills. Reliable attendance required.
