About the Role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will provide service and drive sales through customer engagement and product advising. While both part‑time and full‑time positions generally focus on sales responsibilities, you may also be assigned merchandising, front‑end or other duties as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
- Assist in product merchandising: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations.
- Fulfill orders and assist with in‑store, curbside pick‑up, and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to deepen product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as directed.
- Load and deliver orders safely in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable traffic and safety laws.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours per day.
- Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Climb ladders and lift up to 50lb. overhead repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions during the workday.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- One to three years of work experience, with at least one year in a retail setting (preferred).
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Hourly rate: $22.53 – $31.54. The rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
