• Deliver excellent customer service at the register.
• Answer customer questions and provide a professional experience.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with other retailers, restaurants, hospitality, or similar industries.
• At least 6 months experience as a cashier, salesperson, or retail associate.
• At least 6 months experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add‑on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.
• Customer- focused and goal-oriented.

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $16.50 – $17.20 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
