Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

Your Role

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.

You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day!

In this role you will keep the floor stocked, manage inventory flow, and support the store’s merchandising and visual standards. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales floor team and attend to customer needs as required.

• Process shipments, replenish stock, markdowns, and perform merchandising tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
• Maintain the Stockroom as an organized, efficient, and productive workspace, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are in proper condition.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership to develop and execute corrective actions.
• Assist fellow team members with non‑stock tasks and guest service whenever needed.
• Follow safety, asset protection, and AEO policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.

• You love A&E and Aerie products and the brand’s mission.
• You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and can prioritize and manage time effectively.
• You’re available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
