Overview
Full‑Time HP Territory Retail Sales Representative (Regular) based in District D1407 – HPFS – Seattle, WA. Pay starts at $19.00/hr schedule:
Wednesday–Sunday.
- Visit 1–4 retail stores per day as needed.
- Drive sales by training store associates on HP products and fostering brand enthusiasm.
- Create buzz and excitement around the HP brand within the retail environment.
- Increase brand awareness through store displays, product placement, and effective merchandising.
- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers.
- Achieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Build rapport with store management and staff to strengthen relationships.
- Schedule and facilitate sales and product training sessions.
- Assess and communicate needs for marketing materials and promotional collateral.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Document and report sales activities, schedules, and best practices.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for improvement.
- Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations, ensuring all brand standards are followed.
- Coach and mentor part‑time co‑workers.
- Manage a territory of stores independently with minimal oversight.
- Weekly pay or next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
- Stable and flexible weekly schedule (Wednesday–Sunday).
- Paid travel and mileage for traveling within territory.
- Equipment provided.
- $50 per month technology reimbursement.

- Outgoing personality with eagerness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
- Strong analytical and customer service orientation.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability auto insurance coverage.
- 1 year of retail experience in electronics, tech, or wireless (plus).
- 1 year of training experience (plus).
- Manager, assistant manager, or key holder experience (plus).
The role focuses on increasing brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities, engaging customers and retail channel partners. Key duties include developing partnerships with store management, scheduling training, driving sales productivity, maintaining merchandising standards, documenting activities, and providing actionable market insights.
