Retail Stock - Seattle

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to the selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to packing and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing backroom areas, managing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent handling of items up to 10lbs, with occasional lifting up to 25lbs, and occasional lifting up to 50lbs.

Hourly pay range: $22.55–$23.45 per hour. Commission rates vary by category: apparel, shoes, accessories 3%–14.5%; beauty and men’s fragrance 3%. The position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives/bonuses.
