Operations Supervisor

• Management:
  Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities; effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews. When there is no manager onsite, lead the store and supervisory staff and ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures.
• Customer Service:
  Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank); handle customer relations issues per company policy and promote a positive shopping experience; provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching (e.g., my Impact coaching; my Customer feedback; personal observations); maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation:
  Price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning, execution of displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; support planning, execution of displays and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; willingness to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Pay Range:
  The typical pay range for this role is $23.30 - $32.30 per hour. Actual offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other factors.
