Position: Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description

The role is Full Time at Store #703546, 2924 4th Ave S, Seattle WA 98134. Pay starts at $23.00 hourly. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. The Wholesale Product Specialist works closely with commercial paint customers, determines their needs, answers product questions, recommends solutions, resolves concerns, maintains product standards, and meets sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items.

The Company requires a criminal history review to protect customers and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
  • Clean store equipment
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Suggest ways to improve sales
Qualifications
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
