Retail Sales Associate

Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards. Through effective customer service, consistently achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets. Accurately process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and comply with visual merchandising guidelines. Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.

Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts, and product availability as needed. Comply with all policies and procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment. Work non‑traditional hours (weekends, evenings, holidays) and be available for overtime.

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or equivalent experience.
• Strong team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office know‑how.
• Physical ability to walk, lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly and maintain sensory acuity.

The base pay for this position is $17.13 – $20.13 + benefits.

Pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
