Puget Consumers Co-op in Seattle's Madison Valley is seeking a Cheese Specialist to manage the Cheese department in the Deli, mentor staff, handle ordering and inventory, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service. You will train team members, demonstrate cheese varieties and proper wrapping, ensure sanitation and safety standards, and support cross-functional operations.
A minimum of 3+ years cheese experience and a Washington Food Worker Card are required.
